IndustrialIn addition to the many advantages of being so near the motorway, the fact that we are also located in the large industrial region of east Jutland is also of great significance. This region, characterised both by the tremendous production and consumption of goods, is the largest of its kind in Denmark, and, especially in recent years, this has attracted many companies - both from other parts of Denmark and abroad.
Most companies have a need for storage facilities as well as for the handling and transport of goods. Therefore, many companies can benefit from using DTC. Instead of fixed costs for privately owned warehouses, store staff and various outfitting costs, companies can make use of the many facilities at DTC. Thus, burdensome, long-term investments and fixed expenses can become purely variable expenses.
Industrial plot or turnkey premises DTC has access to even more than the 320,000m2 on which the centre stands today. This land will be developed as needs arise.

Industrial plots may be purchased or - due to the financial backing of DTC's major investors - premises leased in turnkey buildings fitted out to suit the tenant's wishes at a rent which can be adapted to suit the budget of the individual company. |
